The following conditions apply in using the Metfield Village Hall website

         2. It is acceptable to link an event on the Metfield Village Hall website to or from social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter.

         3. If you wish to add a link to the Metfield Village Hall website from a third party website, then this must be approved by the Chair of Metfield Village Hall Committee who may be contacted using the form on the website Contact page.

         4. Booking of any of the facilities made through the website are entirely conditional on formal confirmation from the Booking Clerk of Metfield Village Hall

         5. Metfield Village Hall Committee reserves the right to refuse booking requests at its own discretion

         6. Metfield Village Hall reserves the right to cancel hire bookings without notice should unforeseen circumstances dictate. In this event any fees paid will be refunded or an alternative booking agreed.
