Hall Re-opening Plan
26th June 2021The Village Hall Committee is planning to re-open the Village Hall from July 19th subject to Government Covid regulations and guidance at that time. The intention is for hall activities to resume in a measured and gradual way to ensure a safe environment is maintained for all hirers and volunteers.
The Hall will be open to hire from Monday 19th July and the Bar will re-open on Friday 23rd July. Due to a shortage of volunteer staff, the bar will initially only open regularly on a Friday evening, with occasional Saturday one-off events planned.
Mother & Toddler Group will not resume until September but Knit & Natter will resume on Monday 26th July.
While the Village Hall has been closed due to the Covid Pandemic various alterations have been carried out to ensure that the Hall offers as safe an environment as possible for all hirers and users. Seating is arranged in the main hall and outside areas to ensure social distancing can be maintained and hand sanitisers have been installed.
