Dementia Together Open Meeting
28th January 2019Dementia Together is a service which helps people living with dementia and their family carers to find the support and information they need to live well for longer. The service is open to anyone living in Suffolk.
Anne Marie O’Rourke will hold an open meeting between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday 9th February to let people know about the service.
You can access the Dementia Together service by calling the Helpline on Freephone 08081 688000, Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am – 4pm.
Anyone can contact the Helpline whether just curious about dementia or feeling concerned and in need of more practical support. It is delivered by the Sue Ryder organisation in partnership with other local health and social care organisations to ensure people receive joined-up support.
