The Village Hall boiler is not due to be repaired until 16h December, so unfortunately the Bar will not be open on December 10th.

Thereafter, during the Winter, the Village Hall Bar is now operating revised opening hours from 7-10pm every Friday.

The Bar is operating under a range of Covid measures to protect volunteer staff and customers.  These include no customer access to either the Meadow Room or Long Bar.  No ordering at the bar.  Table service only, with seating either outside on the patio or in the Main Hall.  These measures are being regularly reviewed by the Management Committee to ensure all volunteer staff and customers remain as safe as possible.

Effective March 11th 2022, the Village Hall Management Committee has decided to end the special Covid measures which have been in place since the bar re-opened in July 2021.  However, customers should continue to act responsibly and not attend if they have cold-like symptoms or have recently tested positive for Covid.  Air purifiers have been purchased and installed in the bar area as a further measure to provide the safest possible environment for customers and volunteer staff.
