Dementia Together Open Meeting

Description

Dementia Together is a service which helps people living with dementia and their family carers to find the support and information they need to live well for longer.  The service is open to anyone living in Suffolk.

Anne Marie O’Rourke will hold an open meeting between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday 9th February to let people know about the service.

You can access the Dementia Together service by calling the Helpline on Freephone 08081 688000, Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am – 4pm.
